Develop a pool of high quality managers
Managers with an international perspective to reflect a truly global company serving international clients
Managers who are familiar with all the company's divisions so they can support Total Client Management
Provide a career development path for talented high-potential managers
Eligibility for MDP: Existing Employees 参加管理人员发展计划的资格: 在职员工
Client Service or Operations
Min. of 12 months current experience
High potential with above target performance
Self initiative or recommendations from team head
Endorsed by Country M.D.

Eligibility for International MDP 参加国际管理人员发展计划的资格:
Client Service or Operations
Min. of 12 / 18 months experience each in either two departments, a total of 2 - 3 years
Passed both the accredited exams with high marks
Passed the competency assessment test
Fluent in English
Understands no financial compensation for spouses/family for overseas posting
Review Process 评估程序
Appraisements and reports by managers
Accredited Examinations
Competency Assessments for international postings
Project as part of international posting
All MDP candidates (local and international) will be included in Leadership Review Process and review by APEC
Will fresh graduates be recruited directly on to the MDP? 应届毕业生可直接参加管理人员发展计划吗?
New hires will be considered once they meet the criteria as specified for existing ACNielsen employees
